     For orders within Israel, we aim to deliver your purchase within 2 weeks from the date of your order. For international orders, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination and any potential customs processing.

     We offer standard shipping rates based on the weight and destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Please note that any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the recipient's country are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates, but unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or weather conditions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

     At Goza Designs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

     For orders within Israel, you may return the item within 2 weeks of receiving it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. For orders outside of Israel, you have 30 days to initiate a return for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure a safe return.

     Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

     To ensure the validity of the warranty, please retain your purchase receipt or order confirmation. If the product needs to be returned for inspection or repair under the warranty, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return process.

     Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or any alterations made to the product. Additionally, the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
